J A Henckels Professional "S" Slicing Knife 10" Feature

  • Forged high carbon no stain German steel ice hardened for increased strength.
  • High impact, hygienic plastic riveted handle.
  • Hand washing recommended. Wipe dry after washing and store in a knife block, rack or sheath.
  • Maintain knife-edge with regular use of sharpening steel to realign the edge of blade.
Has a thinner, more flexible blade than the heavier Chef's knife. This blade will cut straight, thin slices of meat. For carving large size roasts, turkeys, large cakes, etc.
